Peymon Mottahedeh, an Iranian-born Jewish immigrant, moved to the United States in 1977, became an American citizen in 1989. Yet, soon after coming to America in 1977, Peymon became disillusioned with what he saw as discrepancies between America’s ideals and its realities, especially within its financial and governance systems.

This prompted him to delve deeper into American law and governance, ultimately leading him to establish the Freedom Law School in 1996, which aims to educate U.S. citizens about American People’s God Given Rights that are protected by the US Constitution, American system of laws and empowering Americans to stop paying federal taxes that legally they do not owe. Peymon became a US Citizen in 1989.

Holding a degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Long Beach, Peymon’s earlier professional experiences in the mortgage industry and financial planning gave him unique insights into the financial mechanisms that underpin privately owned Federal Reserve Banks.

Today, he is a prominent speaker and educator, especially known for his discovery and understanding of the history of the Federal Reserve, IRS and federal tax laws in theory and practice, with many stellar in and out of court victories against the IRS and US Government, for himself and by his students without using an attorney.

He has openly not filed and paid any federal income or payroll taxes for over 30 years and has been educating and empowering other Americans to do the same. For over 30 years on multiple occasions IRS has investigated him criminally and otherwise, but has been unable to find Peymon to have broken any tax laws. Peymon promotes a better understanding of tax law through his numerous educational campaigns and seminars, empowering thousands to better understand tax law by relying exclusively on the official legal websites and reports of the United States Government and writing their Congressmen to force the IRS and DOJ to strictly and faithfully follow federal laws as written.
