As pedophiles become more prevalent in our society, and as the useful idiots in media continue to try and normalize them in some fashion, we must not only fight back against them, but protect those most precious to us, our children. As part of Shekinah Ranch’s outreach, Pastor Larkins has developed the national and global Protecting Innocence Campaign a safety awareness program providing education to thousands of parents and their children on how to recognize and stay safe from child sexual predators and human trafficking.

Donovan Larkins was born December, 28, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio. He is pastor, founder and president of Spirit of Life Christian Center, Shekinah Ranch & Shekinah Ranch Foundation. Pastor Larkins operates an interactive, hands on, agriculture education and life learning center housed on a 150 acre campus in Dayton, Ohio. Shekinah Ranch engages youth and young adults in interactive learning in character development and leadership training. As program director he has designed a learning style known as parallel and illustrative learning to engage students in problem solving, critical thinking, decision making and other vital skills necessary to successfully negotiate problems in life. He specializes in Youth Leadership & Character Learning, Life & Youth Employment Skills Training and Agriculture/Aquaculture Production with emphasis on Job Creation and Innovation toward New Industry Development. Shekinah Ranch programs have serviced thousands of youth and families since its conception.

During training tours our students have intense preparation in decision making, problems solving and critical thinking. With an emphasis on solid mentoring regarding responsibility, respect for authority, accountability, financial literacy, appropriate workforce attire, and much more. These interactive programs include sustainable agriculture with aquaculture (tilapia and catfish,) aquaponics (vegetable and herbs), maple syrup production, forestry, specialty crops for healthy living. Currently Pastor Larkins is involved in contract negotiations and market development for fresh tilapia throughout the Midwest. He is developing systems to aid despaired communities in all natural food and specialty crop production to address food desserts to help in urban health initiatives.

He is the originator and designer of a sustainable heating system that fuels the Shekinah campus’s green houses and aquaculture systems generating heat year around for production of fish, vegetables and herbs maintaining sustainable energy.

As part of Shekinah Ranch’s outreach, Pastor Larkins has developed the national and global Protecting Innocence Campaign a safety awareness program providing education to thousands of parents and their children on how to recognize and stay safe from child sexual predators and human trafficking. One vital element that makes this work effective is the process of building networks across ethnic boundaries. Besides providing biblical counseling and prayer for those who have suffered victimization, our goal is to build a retreat center for families to come from around the United States to learn prevention education and strengthen their parenting skills. Our design is for children to learn safety awareness in a retreat setting through education and fun. The insight he carries recognizes problems and creates interactive programs that demand results and fosters change. Pastor Larkins is currently in his 40th year of gospel ministry, advocacy, civil rights and community building. He has authored 10 book that cover Christian education and empowerment providing instruction in God’s word on the how to’s of putting Gods word to work in everyday circumstance to obtain the blessings of God.

He is the President of the DCMA (Dayton Christian Minister’s Association) that provides training for ministers.

He provides consulting for existing and start up agriculture. He was on President Trumps Ohio state advisory board in 2016. Also he is currently heading up a value voters campaign for 2020.
