2) Look for legislation that was sponsored just before or during the shutdown, or is slated for after it’s over.
3) Supposedly, the Senate has just passed a bill to end the shutdown and is sending it to the House to PAUSE, not END the shutdown, so is it really a ‘shutdown’?
